"That looks more than good -- it's brilliant. Only a dead and blood-splattered Julie Andrews could improve (your cover for) The Music of Sound. Well done and thanks".
--- author Ian Jarvis

While we're on the subject of music, I got to see my friend Jon Natale, aka Jonny Swagger, play a solo set from his band Tail Light Rebellion last week at my favorite pub The Shaskeen. Jon played an acoustic set of all-original material that damn-near brought the house down. Think Billy Bragg in Social Distortion, with a Pogues influence; cheerful as hell and twice as loud. Tail Light Rebellion (no, I have no idea where the name came from) is currently touring and Jon's thrilled that he'll be playing on the same stage as Spider Stacy of the legendary Pogues at the Muddy Roots Music Festival this summer. God, I wish I could go!!!!
